Primary Bathroom Remodel in Wesley Heights, Washington, D.C.

Primary bathroom remodel in Wesley Heights, Washington, D.C. by H&C Contractors Inc. We rebuilt the room around a walk-in shower and a freestanding tub, with large-format tile on the walls and floor, a frameless glass shower panel, a ceiling-mounted rain shower head and a handheld shower with brushed brass controls.

Across from the shower, a floating double vanity with vessel sinks and wall-mounted faucets sits under a backlit mirror and brass wall sconces. LED lighting runs along the shower ledge, the ceiling and the base of the vanity, and the tub and its floor-mounted filler sit in front of floor-to-ceiling windows.

A primary bath remodel is more than new finishes. Moving plumbing for a walk-in shower or a freestanding tub, planning wall-mounted faucets and lighting before the tile goes up, and keeping every wet area watertight all have to come together. We coordinate the plumbing, electrical and tile work from demolition to the last fixture.

We remodel bathrooms in Wesley Heights, Foxhall, Spring Valley and across Washington, D.C., along with kitchens, home additions and outdoor spaces.
